Well managed to find the sun. Now in Isla del Colon in the Bocas Del Tora islands. Very afro carribean. Lots of reggie, rum and coke and late night partying. Got some beach action yesterday and today and managed a bit of surfing. Not a bad at it as i remebered but still need a lot of practise...

Was bashing the factor 30 but still seem to be on the way to looking like a par boiled lobster. Oh well looks like its just going to be something that has to happen on the path to my traveller tan!

Off to Costa Rico tomorrow for more beach, surf party action then probably some eco tourism trips. Hope everyone is well.
